Yes.
My dad does the same thing.
He literally downloads 10 torrents of TV shows everyday, and then when me or my brother download anything, even if it's legal, he says we're going to get caught by the FBI.
Also, if my dad sees something on the floor he'll tell me to pick it up, and if I say it wasn't from me he'll say "It doesn't matter who's it is, you need to be more helpful." or something like that. But whenever he finds something on the ground he won't pick it up himself. He'll either tell someone else to pick it up, or track down the person who left it there and make them pick it up.. He even calls me on the phone up in the attic to have me come down and pick something stupid up.. It's usually something stupid and small, or not even something I left there.. Plus, when anything bad happens, anything at all, he blames the closest person to him. Literally. Or he'll just say "You kids!"
Also, when he gets mad he literally makes a Brinton face.
